Night Shift Providence joins Level99, a challenge-based entertainment concept, located on the third floor of the Providence Place Mall, to bring Rhode Island the best Detroit-style pizza, amazing craft beer and a curated list of cocktails. The full-service Tap Room is open daily for a high level dining experience with incredible food from our scratch kitchen. The Beer Hall sits in the heart of the gameplay arena for group dining. Walk-up counter and pickup window make it easy to grab food and drinks while playing in the rooms and arenas.

Offering a real-world game experience, groups of 2-6 guests choose from over 40 rooms. Each room contains physical, mental, skill or team challenges. Level99 is an award-winning entertainment experience designed for young adults. Groups from 15-500 are welcome, whether a birthday party or epic work meeting, the options are endless. Level99 offers a variety of private spaces, a full menu, A/V and presentation capabilities, and an energetic atmosphere.

Our beer hall is perfect for larger groups! The casual, counter-service setting offers an a la carte menu of Detroit Style Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, Snacks, and Desserts. We offer a selection of 25+ beers, hard seltzer, cocktails, and wines. Reserve for groups of 6 to 20! Please note, the Arena Experience is order at counter. It is not full-service and does not have a server. If you would prefer a server, please book a table in our Dining Room. Pleasantly surprised. The food here legitimately good, great drinks, surprisingly great service. I wasn't epecting much from this restaurant accompaniment to an escape room place, but it was really very good.

We saw them listed in Providence Restaurant Weeks with a terrific lunch special, and so we went to try their food. The deal gave a Detroit-style pizza with two beverages for $25. We ordered The Godfather Pizza which was really good. However, when we ordered the drinks, which was an orange soda and a ginger ale soda, we found that both sodas tasted awkwardly, with a bitter after-taste. But for the price, the deal was rather good, as was the service.

Everything our table had to eat was outstanding, as were the beverages. I would recommend the 87 DIPA and Fig Pizza. Deep dish style, crispy and delicious.

Our server was slow and then disappeared. Not attentive at all. We had a different server who brought us our check without even asking us if we wanted dessert. Our nachos were overcooked, burnt and cold. Dinner was meh. I don’t think we will come back for what we paid. I would rather give that money to a local restaurant with phenomenal food/service than give it to a chain restaurant to get crappy food/service.

You could tell the food is delicious. Unfortunately for us, you could also tell that ours sat in the window for quite some time as it was all delivered fairly cold. That being said, flavors were still on point and we will definitely be returning. What’s strange is we were first table seated for the night and then the dining room filled so I don’t know how they handled that, but it seemed like there were plenty of staff, just no organization.

Upon arrival we stood there while several staff just walked right by no acknowledgement or let us know someone will be with us, finally the hosted who was sitting on the other side finally broke from her conversation to seat us, nice looking place inside level 99, we sat for about 15 minutes with again no acknowledgement that we would be helped soon, we finally just left...
