NiMo is a Coastal Mediterranean concept by Feal Hospitality, owned by dynamic duo Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar. The menu, itself, is a depiction of the bond formed by the partners over the years. It is the story of Mo, who grew up in the Mediterranean between Syria and Spain, told through the cuisine of his business partner, Chef Niven Patel. The menu is a culinary journey across the Mediterranean which includes dishes inspired by Syrian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. As is true for all Feal Hospitality restaurants, fresh ingredients come first and local purveyors are showcased, including our own farm, Rancho Patel. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.

                                                The food was over the top! Excellent service the waiter was fantastic very knowledgeable. Owner came and greet us and thank us. The octopus appetizer was exceptional as well as the eggplant appetizer. The filet melted in your mouth can’t wait to go again.

                                                The food was excellent. Baby lamb chops on whipped potatoes were done to perfection. The Octopus with roasted potatoes and carrots had the perfect char and texture. Crispy Eggplant and Mozzarella was delicious. When paired with a nice glass of reasonably priced wine, the evening was just great.

                                                Overall experience was outstanding! Our waiter, Gordon was great and very personable. He made a recommendation for the lamb chops which were excellent. My husband had the filet which melted in your mouth. Will definitely return.

                                                We liked the energy and ambiance. The appetizer list is nice. Dinner menu is small but well rounded. Portion sizes are moderate, but good for my group. Service was very attentive.
