Great experience at the NM Cafe, as always! Noami always greets with a smile and our server was excellent. Professional, friendly and patient with three very talkative women!!

We love to have lunch at Neimans for birthdays. I asked specifically to recognize the birthday and they did not. The noise level almost ruined the whole meal. We had to ask for the broth and they brought my specialty cocktail out with a cheap straw filled with syrup. The good ole days of the high end special lunch was not there this time.

The service has really changed and the drinks were bad very sour and when ask to make it over server simply added some syrup which made it taste horrible. Had bad indigestion from the glass of mostly acid and a tiny bit of tequila. We bought a friend who had never been there before to have lunch and they were also not impressed. The staff has changed and I think the next time we will have a meal in Dallas but no more in Fort Worth until service and servers change.

This was possibly the best meal that I have had at this restaurant. The roasted salmon and crispy artichoke hearts were delicious. The cafe is one of the main reasons that I shop at this store. I highly recommend this restaurant.
