   Lauren was so amazing and helpful! Loved everything about my experience tonight , thank you guys for being rockstars ! The experience of curating a drink based on taste preferences and feelings really felt like my taste buds were being listened to and delivered with excellence in liquid gold. You all are artists in your own world , respects to the gang, and Lauren you rock !

   It's a nice one time experience. When you enter they do tell you bartenders will create a drink on the spot based on your favorite taste of drinks, they also mention there is no menu (meaning you don't know the prices as each drink is made according to what you like on the spot). All three times I ordered I received standard drinks that any other bar makes, so do not assume the drinks are going to be new concoction from scratch. For example, when I said "I am looking for something refreshing, something close to a margarita, out of the ordinary, maybe salt on the rim" the bartender made a cucumber mojito. Each drink is close to $20 so make sure you get your money's worth and don't order ordinary drinks like a mojito. Cheers

   Went here for a couple cocktails before a concert! We made a reservation for 6pm and nobody was in there but by 7pm it was full! The bartender crafted each of our cocktails individually to our likes/dislikes. There’s no menu to choose from but each drink he made was right on point! There’s no food but there’s a restaurant connected to the speakeasy if you want to eat before or after your drinks. Love this spot and will be back next time we’re in San Diego!

    Bespoke cocktails from talented mixologists. Great service! Music was a bit loud for me. NE does not serve food, but the "front" institution does if you arrive early enough to eat there.
