   Glad we choose to drive to Brunswick for dinner instead of Portland! The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the staff is fantastic. We both got the restaurant week special. the food was delicious and all served at the right time. Looking forward to coming back!

   The staff is excellent. Shout outs too, Kayla and Ashley, who have served us many times. Only comment other than that is that we really miss the Mosaka vegetarian casserole which we enjoyed many times.

   I went to Noble Kitchen for my Birthday and it was Excellent. The staff and service was wonderful. The Chef and the Food was so amazing that we ate there 2 nights in a row. The Chef's name was Ken and the servers was Kayla the first night and the second night was Kathy. The Greeter that seated us, name was Michael. I have never been treated so beautifully In all my life at any restaurant. They bought me and my friend a delicious chocolate pomegranate vanilla bean sundae over to our table and the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday. What a beautiful experience. That was our First Time In Brunswick, Maine and it won't be the last.

   They have a new chef, and you can tell the difference right away—much better food than before, more creative as well as better execution.

   Super disappointed in this restaurant. First, the reason we booked it was because it was supposed to a 6 course prix fixe menu. I’m not sure if this was something from a past year that wasn’t taken off the website or if there was a miscommunication somewhere, but for whatever reason, it’s still out there as an option for New Years Eve. The other issue is a big pet peeve of mine - when they don’t tell you until you order something off the menu that they are out of it. Then you have to pick something else. I realize this is first world problem and I can always just pick something else. It’s till frustrating and it definitely impacts the meal and experience. Food was what you would expect for a hotel restaurant. Service was not great.

   Can’t say enough good about the incredibly delicious meal I had a Nobel Restaurant. Appetizer of mushrooms and creamy cheesy grits was delicious, the wrapped. cod over a bed of creamy orzo and beans was so moist and satisfying. The cocktails- were amongst the most creative and delicious I’ve ever had. Server and hostess were lovely. A gem of a place!

    The Crispy Duck was tough and there was nothing crispy about it. Our server, Kayla, was excellent. She saved us from ordering 2 Sticky Pudding desserts. One was plenty for two people. We popped in unannounced once before for just drinks and appetizers for 6 people and had a 5 star evening then.
