Being a long-term noble customer and having been to several locations, both in the states and aboard, this one fell short of the mark. Overall the service was very slow, we weren’t sure who our waiter, which added to the frustration. The timing on the food was very bad as well. The sushi was very sloppy, rice was so mushy the rolls were not tightly wrapped causing them to break apart when touching them. Overall it wasn’t a good experience definitely not worth the money spent. I cannot speak highly enough about the Nobu brand therefore I will say do not this review your choice to try Nobu or even this particular location.

the food made at Nobu seems to have been made with care. you can see it in presentation, in the well blended flavours. we had the Brunch's Miso Cod and although we enjoyed that, its not better than the Chilean Sea Bass. it filled me with a kind of warmth, like you were drinking a hearty soup. i would've ordered another if i wasn't feeling so full from the other good food that was on the self service counters. if i have the opportunity to eat there everyday, I would not have mind. that's what i was thinking while eating there.

Very disappointed in the food and the service. I think our server was new because each question we had about the menu he had to go ask. Food presentation was bland. The food was no better than other sushi bars I’ve been to especially for the price. This was my first time at a NOBU restaurant, and my last.

No receptionist at the entrance of the Restaurant. We, together with some guests waited for 5 minutes at the desk. If we didn't come in we would not have gotten to our table. The servings in between meals took longer than expected. So by the time the main course arrived we were full from all the appetizers. They said they were under staffed on that night, but with the prices of the meals and the reputation of Nobu as a world class restaurant, we expected a much better and efficient service.

I’ve eaten at Nobu restaurants all over the world and unfortunately this by far the worst meal I have ever had one of their restaurants. The Umami chicken was tasteless and burnt and I am afraid the rat was style over substance
