   Food and the service were very good as we opted for Omakese, and had couple of wines. The temeperature was low, but smoke did not bother us.

   Very bad experience with staff, I believe it is not Japanese restaurant anymore, but a party club!

   I had high expectation for the restaurant especially I love Nobu 57 in NY. The restaurant had a great panoramic view of the city which was spectacular. I had an omakaze with sake pairing. The food was not as great as in NY but considering the price, was very good. The sake paring was perfect. Service was excellent as expected. Overall, it was a great night out.

   Everything extremely good but please make a bit more of selection on your guest. Last night there was a very annoying woman shouting, talking on the phone, laughing very loudly and continuously making out with her man creating a very awkward environment. Maybe you should consider some kind of “black list”. It is not pleasant to see people making out while having dinner and not being able to talk to your partner because of a single woman shouting all the time. Other than this, food was perfect and service excellent! Thank you very much for the nice dessert.

   Food order was incorrect, they forgot two dishes, when reminded they only brought one. Tried to overcharge for extra cold rice which hadn’t been ordered. I would expect staff in such a high class restaurant, in situ in the Ritz Carlton hotel to have staff that can communicate clearly with the clientele. Unfortunately it was the staff that let down the restaurant.
