I am a Nobu regular around the world. Got seated and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone checked on us to give us a menu and pour water. This Nobu is a recent start up so the menu is only about 10-15% of the normal Nobu menu and the resturant is in a corner of the hotel lobby as an after thought. When we eventually got service the waiter was nice enough but still managed to forget one of our entrees, which he later corrected and comped. If you come to Nobu Manalapan expecting the normal Nobu stellar experience of great service, fine ambiance and great food you will be sorely disappointed. You will have to make do with great food albeit on a very limited menu. The service and overall ambience do not match the prices being charged. At least not for now. As a year round local who likes Nobu I really hope things improve so I don't have to drive to Miami or hop on a plane to do the Nobu experience.

Can’t hardly call that a restaurant. It’s in the lobby of a hotel pretty much. Server was very good though

This is by far the BEST Nobu I have ever eaten at and I’m a food and wine writer and have tried Nobu all over the world!

Wow, we’ve been to Nobu in Vegas, San Diego and Cape Town…all were 5-Star dining experiences! We were really excited about this location at the Eau Hotel in Palm Beach. Ugh, It was so disappointing, it was almost surreal??? The physical space was like a run down cafe feel. The food was fine… just fine, not at all like what we’ve experienced at other locations. I’m concerned for them, because there a lot of exceptional sushi restaurants in the area that knock the Sox off this one. In end, we were presented the $900 check (including gratuity) for the three of us. I not at all opposed to this type of pricing, but only for an exceptional dining experience. Sadly, this wasn’t it.

This is as our server called it a "pop up Nobu." The ambience was absolutely awful. The restaurant is in a make shift space off of the lobby that is separated from the lobby by cheap dividers. It was very noisy with no decor to speak of. I am surprised that the Nobu brand is using this inadequate space for one of their restaurants. The food was OK and the service was fine, but the overall experience was not even close to what one should expect from a fine dining restaurant in this area let alone one at a high end hotel on the beach! This pop up Nobu is absolutely not worth the money especially with so many other great high end dining options in Palm Beach County. Look elsewhere for a night out and you'll be glad you did.

Great food. They need to relocate the restaurant to a better area ( where Pulpo is located)?

Having been to Nobu elsewhere, this was a complete failure. Food was poor. Seating and tables were uncomfortable and unpleasant. Ambience was like eating in a cafeteria. Service was terrible. Renee, the manager, was fabulous and made every effort to save our experience. We would love to dine in a legitimate Nobu. This wasn’t it.

Please note that this location is currently a preview, and we are in the process of refining it to align with the signature Nobu ambiance. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time, and we’re excited for you to experience the completed space on your next visit.

We dined at Nobu in Manalapan for our Anniversary and were disappointed with the reviews we had read beforehand. We decided to have an open mind and make the best of it. The location wasn’t as bad as we had read. Yes. It’s in a lobby but it does feel intimate in the space they have procured. The staff was attentive but not exceptional. The food was most disappointing. The shashito peppers were almost not edible. They suggested we try them before we add a squeeze of lemon. I almost gagged. It was way too salty and only mildly better with the lemon. We decided to stay with the uncooked part of the menu after that. Their special house roll was good but the size of the roll made it hard to eat. Overall it wasn’t bad. But we lowered our expectations after reading reviews. We will not go back.
