   Thank you for making my boyfriend’s birthday an excellent experience. From the service to food, everything was incredible. The host was accommodating, the bartender was very friendly and made good suggestions, and our server was also very helpful and knowledgeable. My only critique was food did not come out in “courses” as we had requested, instead, it came out randomly and we were not sharing all the items. The cocktails were my favorite part of the experience. The food was good, but not the best I’ve had, especially the wagu came out cold and I wasn’t expecting that.

   It was our first time in Scottsdale eating at this location and everything and everyone was amazing. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The food… wow! Drinks on point. Glad we got to share this experience with new friends and we will definitely be back ! Be prepared to wait BUT it is worth it. Great job !

   Our server accidentally brought over the wrong thing to our table and I had my mouth near the drink, smelling it, trying to figure out what it was, and he then removed it from the table and I watched him give it to another table. Had I been sick those other people would have easily caught anything I had. It was the most unsanitary thing I’ve ever witnessed. Most time when an accident occurs like that the drink is left at the table or remade. Not then reshared.

   Always one of our most enjoyable dining experiences. So good, we cancelled our dinner reservation at Cafe Monarch to dine at Nobu Scottsdale two nights in a row. Also, the service team provides great recommendations, including pairings, if you want to try something new.

   Always a great culinary experience when visiting Nobu. We sat at the sushi bar and had a variety of nigiri and rolls that were splendid. As expected, the service was great and on point.

   An odd night, where the entire staff seemed frazzled. Hopefully just an off night for them, but not sure I would return to this one.
