   It’s so festive in there, but we were seated by a huge tv with football on and the music was blaring. The food is spendy and our server was kind, but it was a bit disappointing.

   While the restaurant was very nice and the food and ambience was nice, the poor service overwhelmed our evening. our party of 8 saw our server maybe 3 times over almost 2 hours, and an $800 dinner. when entrees arrived the table was covered with appetizer plates, empty glasses and empty dirty dishes, the servers just tried to push entrees on to the table, where there was no room. and i had to begin to pickup plates and direct the servers to pickup the dishes in order to make space for entrees. Deserts took 20 minutes, after dinner drinks not had and it took almost 20 min to get our check after asking for it. Most irritating was that the check included a 20% tip, especially as i was debating with myself on whether a 5% or 10% tip was warranted. "it is automatic, so sorry" server. As i drove home i couldn't help but think that the lack of service was a result of the auto tip of 20%, especially as i watched our server chatting it up with everyone she came in contact with, throughout the night, well when i did see her. It took so long to get the check that my wife and half our party left, leaving me there to await the check, which took all of 20 min to obtain.

   Love the vibe, experience and service. Food was decent but this spot is just so gorgeous. You come for the experience and drinks!

   Ambiance was great, beautifully decorated for Christmas! Food was very good! Service was so so. The hostess was not very friendly, especially when I let her know that I had booked my reservation inside, but they put us outside. Once we sat down, it took about 15 minutes for drinks to arrive.  One of the things that we ordered never came. our server was friendly, but we didn’t see her very often.  It was a good experience, but if we had great service, it would’ve really enhanced everything.

   I had a lovely experience here! The food was great and the Christmas ambiance was enjoyable. For starters we had hamachi crudo, pork & grits, truffle fries and roasted carrots. Everything was tasty and at correct temperature. For drinks we tried their Christmas menu. I enjoyed their Grinch Martini’s pistachio flavor. We finished with the meatlovers and hot & honey pizzas. They were both delicious. I appreciated our servers attention. A second person came around to check on us and our overall experience which was also a nice gesture.

   The atmosphere was great. However the service was less than ideal. From the hostess who greeted us but never said welcome and walked off with menus however we didn't know we were supposed to follow her to our table. The waitress came right away for drinks but then the appetizer we received was not the same as listed on their seasonal menu, we has to ask for plates and napkins after several minutes. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner.

    I made a reservation for my friends birthday here and we were all very excited as we’ve heard great things about this spot. We arrived right at our appointment time to check in and the hostess barely acknowledged me or the party and took only three menus (when the reservation was for 5) to our table. While I was there I got a notification that we weren’t ever checked in by the hostess, so it looks like we didn’t show, resulting in a fee. I had to dispute it through open table and check on my way out that we got checked in so I wouldn’t be charged additionally. We waited quite a while to get our orders taken, and our waitress brought out dirty dishes that hadn’t been rinsed at all. Our food also came out before the drinks. Food & drinks were ok.. they did have good truffle fries though! We probably didn’t get seen from our waitress for a good 30-45 min or so before having to flag her down for the check. They also charge a 20% mandatory gratuity fee for “large party” group when we only had five people and the service just wasn’t up to par. I’ve never left a bad review for a restaurant before, but the service and overall experience was just very disappointing.
