What a fabulous evening! Me and my wife were made to feel very welcome the minute we entered and enjoyed chatting with staff at the bar whilst waiting for our table (we were early). They asked if it was for a special occasion and it was my wife’s birthday earlier in the week so they offered her a complementary drink. The food was brilliant, a wide choice of dishes explained by the staff and we took them up on a couple of recommendations which didn’t disappoint. The wine list was one of the best I’ve seen locally and made even better as all wines were available by the glass; and very reasonably priced. I personally recommend the Paddy’s Sick Note for a pudding drink! We won’t be leaving it long at all until we visit again… if we can get in as I imagine it will go from strength to strength! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Paul and Pip

Second time at Norman’s Neighbourhood Kitchen and it does not disappoint! The menu had changed and the same high standard from food to service that you would expect from such a dedicated team.

Fab little restaurant with fantastic food. The nicest I've had for years! Can't wait to go again. If you want something other than the norm, without being portentous you will love it.

We were super impressed with Norman’s neighbourhood kitchen. The welcome when we arrived was warm and we were offered a seat by the bar while waiting for our table. We were given the menu and advised on how the small plates menu worked. The food was delicious and very different to your normal menu. Everything we had was outstanding in both flavour and presentation. Worthy of Michelin star standards. Service was casual yet of a high standard too. Good value for the level of cookery. Would highly recommend. Just wish we lived closer!!

What a wonderful restaurant and a bit of a hidden gem. I can’t recommend Norman’s highly enough. It really deserves a Michelin Star. The food was so creative and focuses on local, seasonal ingredients. It was a real treat and reasonably priced for the quality, skill and hard work that goes into every dish. Lovely ambience and a knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic front of house team. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything amazing from start to finish, even the booking process. Food was outstanding, presented wonderfully and every member of staff was friendly and professional. We had one selection from the nibbles each then shared 5 plates and one dessert. The perfect amount of food and a couple of nice wines to wash it down. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will definitely be back.

Excellent evening - attention to detail for us both who have coeliac and nut allergies was very good. The staff were very attentive and explanation of the dishes served was really good. We will certainly return.
