   We had a wonderful experience at North Italia. Our server, Montana, was fantastic! We were very pleased with their professionalism and attentive service. Highly recommend!

   Terrible table service. Took 20 mins for server to ask for my drink order. They are new so I give grace but this is second time this has happened. Decent food, good wine. Moved to bar and had awesome service!

   Food not prepared properly The dressing for the appetizer had olive seeds The server was very rude and didn’t even want to check this issue. There had been issues with this restaurant for dining reservations in the past. Avoid this restaurant if possible.

   First time at North Italia and definitely will be going back. Atmosphere is relaxing, the food was great and Sarah G went out of her way to make brunch a memorable experience.

   We were 20 minutes late to our RSVP and they still managed to seat us immediately. The arancini was great and grilled shrimp was on point for apps. Salmon was cooked perfectly and our waitress made great recommendations on entrees. This ambience is great and the service did not fail; We will be back for sure!

   The first time I went it took 3 hours to eat. The 2nd time it took 2 hours. The food is fine. The atmosphere is nice but they need to work on their service before I go back.

   We loved the ambience. Pasta & chicken parm was good. Server was pleasant, but initially didn’t write down order and had to come back to verify. At 7:15pm they were out of lasagna. $8 for 4 bread slices seemed high. Overall a nice dinner out.

    Our waitress was good but last night was our second visit to this new location and both times our drinks took forever. We had our salad before our drinks which is unacceptable. This is a chain restaurant which should have the bar figured out as well as the service. There were empty tables and we were told they had to book less people because of the kitchen keeping up. . The drinks are where you make your money and ours was so late we couldnt have ordered another so a big loss for restaurant the food was good but not great. My last visit disappointed.
