Wonderful as always. Only downside, we sat near the door which leads to outdoor seating. The amount of flies coming in was disgusting. We were swarmed. We will not sit in that area again.

This is our second time at North Italia, and both times have been amazing. First time a party of 5 later in the evening, this time a party of two at 6:30 prime time. Service is amazing, drinks and food are delicious. Even with it being prime time and on Father’s Day there wasn’t too much of a wait. Will definitely keep coming here and will recommend North Italia to all our friends and family!

Enjoyed but wish staff would of made an effort to read notes. Celebrating my son’s 17th bday, that is why we made a reservation 3 weeks prior, but no acknowledgement until the very end. My youngest mentioned to waiter when we were paying our bill. Otherwise the food is fantastic and fresh!! The garlic bread with compound butter was amazing!! We will be back.

Food was great, service was excellent. Our only real complaint is that we were sitting far inside the restaurant and we were still inundated with flies. The waitress said it is because they sometimes open up the door walls beside the bar to the outside. We enjoyed the food, but will probably not be returning to this restaurant again unless they find a way to keep the flies out of the inside dining area.

Did not have a good meal - sad to say, it was bad from beginning to end. It began with a long wait to order drinks and a long wait to receive them. When they arrived, they were wrong and had to be reordered. After the drinks, there was another modest delay before ordering the meal. After another few minutes, we were told that our meal order had been misplaced and needed to be put in again. Once the meal arrived, it was more or less as expected but the Bolognese lacked sufficient meat and seemed a bit too watery. Finally, we asked for a desert that involves ice cream and espresso. It took close to 1/2 hour to arrive. The ice cream was melting and the espresso was no longer hot. Yes, this was a bad experience from start to finish. The Management is going to need to make some changes and improve their training. I can't say they will be looking at empty tables any time soon, because they are located in a vibrant area with a recognizable name and people are probably going to stop there anyway, but if this kind of experience continues for long, they are going to get a reputation that won't be easy to fix.

The food and service were great. Drinks were very pricey. Noise level was ok. The high exposed ceiling’s make it a bit loud. I’m sure we’ll be back. The location is great.

The service was not good- appetizers arriving 20 minutes apart. After an hour of waiting for the entree, the manager explained that they ran out of tortellini, asked us to choose another meal, and then the tortellini was actually delivered. A requested glass of wine never showed up and the cappuccino arrived 25 minutes after ordering. We have always had good experiences in the past. Something has changed….
