    Valentines cocktails after dinner downstairs. Great view of the city with a table at the window. Service was very attentive but the bar was slow. Didn't have any really superior bourbons for sipping so we got cocktails.

    Overall it was a nice experience. We could go with out the attitude from the wait staff. They need to be trained to have a little more customer service, it is just lacking a bit. I’m sure they are annoyed about people being amused with the beauty of the location, but they can thrive with that. Should smile more and make small talk, it won’t hurt.

    There should be a limit to how long guests are allowed to take pictures in front of the windows. People kept coming up to the window next to our table taking rounds of pictures for at least 10 minutes each. It was rude and distracting. Also, we were told our waiter had the whole section we were in but I still would have expected him to come up to the table more than twice in a span of 90 minutes. I had to flag down a nearby staff every time I wanted something. Missed opportunity for them to make more money on drinks. But then again they probably weren’t concerned when they were receiving auto gratuity. Disappointing experience.

    Only went for drinks. View, atmosphere and decor were great. Service was not so great. There was one lovely lady trying to manage quite a few tables solo. But apart from that I can’t say the service was good.
