   The ambience of the venue is unreal, very classy and stylish with beautiful views over the city. Unfortunately not all seats get the same treatment and we were unlucky during our visit which put a dark cloud over our experience. We felt the table we were given for our reservation was poor and we could barely hear each other due to how close we were to the bar and our views were restricted due to the tables in front of us. It was a real shame because I truly believe that our experience would have been much better if we were seated elsewhere. The venue, the drinks and the ambiance was spot on just our experience this time didn’t match with them. Hopefully we will be able to revisit Nubeluz next time we come to NYC and our experience will match all the great things about this venue.

   Unparalleled view of the city. Decor and atmosphere is chic and sophisticated. Service - fantastic! Highly recommend this hot spot.

   I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but our recent dining experience at Nubeluz was disappointing. Throughout our meal, we were uncertain about who our server was, leading to a sense of disorganization. Midway through, a server informed us that our allotted time was nearly over and presented the check. When we mentioned our intention to order another round of drinks, she obliged but placed the check on the table in a manner that felt abrupt and discourteous. Celebrating our anniversary, we anticipated more attentive and respectful service. Regarding the cuisine, the taco portions were unexpectedly small, and while the bikini sandwich was satisfactory, it didn’t stand out. •Ambience: 4/5 (The atmosphere and view were commendable; however, the music was overly loud.) •Service: 1/5 (The waitress’s dismissive demeanor throughout our visit, culminating in the abrupt presentation of the check, was disappointing.) •Drinks: 4/5 (The beverages met our expectations but seemed to contain less alcohol than anticipated.) Overall, the experience fell short of our expectations, especially on such a special occasion.

   Unfortunately not the best, went to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Told the hostess if we could have a candle or something. She achkowledged and Ignored. We’ve been before it was great, usually love the spot but was not the best experience this time.
