Situated on bustling Northcote Road in London’s chi chi Clapham, Numero Uno is an Italian restaurant which delights locals and visitors alike. A typical neighbourhood Italian, Numero Uno is popular with businessmen and commuters during the week but at weekends fills with a more relaxed crowd of families looking for an unfussy dinner and groups enjoying each others company as they dig in to antipasti platters. It was great to be back at Numero Uno. Not been for a few years. But won’t leave it as long again. My mum and I both had pasta - both dishes were delicious. And such a lovely team - some have been there for many years and it was great to see them again!

Nice buzzy ambience on a busy Sat. Food was alright, but service was terribky slow! We had to wait an hr. for our main course and they didn't even bother asking if we wanted to have dessert! When after hrs. of waiting we asked for dessert menu, response was 'you want to have dessert?'. I understand Saturdays are busy, but expected a better service than this.

Food is tasty , service is excellent Wine menu is very basic ! Could do with some better wines. Kids food was so hot took 20 mins to cool down
