Customer service was awful. The waitress took my sister plate without asking if she is finished. When I pointed out that we are still eating, the waitress avoided our table for the rest of the evening. She only came up to us to bring the bill, she grabbed our bottle f wine to check if we are finished and she poured the remaining of the wine to my boyfriends glass to take empty bottle away. This is so silly, she did not even ask if we are ok with her taking our bottle, she did not even ask who wants to take the remaining wine. No one checked if we are ok with food or if we want to order more drinks or dessert. I do not recommend, you will not feel welcome at all.

Very slow service, beautiful interior (aesthetically pleasing), the menu was limited however the drinks made up for it, pleasant music throughout the night.

Nice & stylish, although not all table seating was suitable for eating - sofa too low for table. Did find menu (food and drink) pretty limited, especially lack of cocktails, and found it a little exy, but food was delicious, and the staff were attentive staff. All in all a good experience.

I enjoyed my visit to NYX. The place looks good with a fab vibe. I found the staff were attentive and helpful. I decided to try something different from my norm and went for the tequila prawn toastada. Really enjoyed it! Their cocktails looked good. I went for the Fizzy Lizzy which was great
