   It was incredible! It was my brother‘s birthday, and they did such a nice job to make him feel celebrated. It’s his favorite spot, and we always go for every special occasion. The food was delicious, and it came quickly. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

   This was our first visit to Oku. It was a wonderful experience. The food was great and the service was phenomenal. Our server Justin was very extremely nice, informative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

   Very long time to get food, in spite of the fact that the restaurant was almost empty at 4:45PM. No itemized bill.

   It was one of the most beautiful and lovely experience The hostess - server all were very polite and welcoming We were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to celebrate us We got 2 complimentary items and a dessert would definitely recommend this place and will go back to try more dishes

   My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at O-Ku. Ive been there multiple times with girlfriends but coming with him was great! The truffle and red dragon roll is incredible. Do not sleep on the lemon salmon! I will say the service is great but the music sounds like we are in a german nightclub or at a rave 😂 it can be incredibly distracting especially if its a date. Its also super loud. Five stars all around the only thing id change is the music choice and volume!

   Overall great experience at O-Ku as always. The food and drinks were top notch, and Tony who waited on us was fantastic. The whole staff was super friendly and checked on us throughout the night. Not my first time at O-Ku and definitely won’t be my last!

    I had the pleasure of having the omakase at O-Ku recently. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a special guest. The hostess and waitstaff (I believe my waitress’s name was Jasmine; I wish I had asked again) were beyond welcoming and wonderful. I had seven amazing courses over about 2.5 hours. Every dish was thoughtfully created and beautifully executed. I loved learning about the seafood in each dish and that a surprising amount comes from Tsukiji Fish Market in Japan. I could not sing enough praises for this experience. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food were beyond incredible and out-valued the cost of the experience tenfold. I will visit O-Ku every time I’m in Charolette. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.
