   This was our second time at O-ku and I definitely get the hype now! We weren’t super impressed the first time around but after tonight it’s clear we came previously on an off night. We started with the yellowtail and salmon crudos, both delicious! We then split four rolls and the South End Shrimp Roll stole the show! We will definitely come again

   We had an amazing Birthday dinner for my daughter at Oku last night!! They made it so special for her, she truly felt like a guest of honor as every staff member who came to our table knew it was her birthday and made her feel very special!! They truly go above and beyond! Food, vibes, service, everything was perfect! Highly recommend!!

   I had my birthday dinner here and it might have been the best one I’ve ever had in Charlotte!!!! The service was amazing I had my own personalized HBD menu &. a friggin sash!!!!!! They made us feel so special! And the food was to die for. 100/10

   No Dumplings dim sum best thing on menu. Quality lacking. Service was fine poor wine list.

   We had a phenomenal celebration at O-ku this evening! Madison was so attentive and friendly and the GM stopped by occasionally to make sure we were having a fabulous time. They made sure to hype up our celebration with all of their personal touches. O-ku always knocks it out of the park! Thanks team!

   Our first time dining here. We were celebrating a birthday. The staff was amazing and food was awesome. They made such a big deal in a very classy way about the birthday boy. Really went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced to make sure my son’s 25th was special. What a special night. Highly recommend. We will absolutely be back.    Oku was FANTASTIC as always. Our server Kayla was so knowledgeable and sweet and provided great service. I got the lychee martini and my date got a cherry uzu (I’m 70% sure that’s the right name) mocktail. We got the south end shrimp roll which had bang bang shrimp on top and is one of their newer rolls. 10/10. We also got the mushroom and lobster dish. So good. Thanks Kayla and Oku for making our visit so special!!

   The duck buns were phenomenal, and the chicken teriyaki was also delicious. But I would be sure to ask your menu questions even if they seem silly.
