Food was very good. Service was horrible. They brought all of our appetizers, entrees and bread at the same time. At the end of the meal, no offer of coffee or dessert just dropped a the check on the table.

Took several tries to get the drink order correct. The appetizer arrived just a few minutes before the entree. Menu was limited and unimpressive although preparation was good. Ambiance lacked what might expected of a landmark hotel in downtown Boston.

It’s a beautiful space with usually great service. Our server was good today. We go in as late as possible to breakfast and always order the house made hash which is fabulous. Just wish you could get it at lunch.
