Amber made me quite possible the best Bourbon cocktail I’ve ever had! Fruity and sour, it was delicious and refreshing. She also nailed a Gin and Teauila drink for my wife and daughter. She is simply the best!!!!!

So much potential but unfortunately their prices are completely absurd and off the charts- $25 for a dirty martini is insane, especially for an extremely loud ambience. Food was good but nothing spectacular and after we received our outrageous bill, it’s safe to say we will not be returning. Beware of their cocktail prices- wish we had checked before we ordered a few rounds!

This is the Distillery, so you can only get full bottles of wine, instead of glasses, even though you are at the winery. We went in the evening, and it was very loud with a lot of people very tipsy. We thought the food was mediocre at best. Everything was spicy, even things that aren’t meant to be, like a tomato sauce, vegetable medley, or ribeye (!) steak. The ribeye was very tough and full of gristle, with at least a quarter of it waste. To call it “select” grade would be generous. The filet my wife ordered was smothered in sauce and not cooked properly (ordered medium, came rare). Service was okay. We had to motion for help several times and ask for basic things like utensils, and knives once dinner came out. The total bill was over $200 before tip. Overall, this seems like a fine place if you want a simple appetizer and to try some spirits while taking a break from wine country, but would not recommend for dinner.

First time here- Had a 7:30 reservation didn’t get drinks until almost 8:00. Last call was announced before our food even arrived. The sides with the steak were so underwhelming and the staff was so ready to get out of there they didn’t even ask us how things were tasting until we were done. The staff was nice but seemed understaffed so I won’t say it’s on them but I’m very sad to say I picked this place for a birthday dinner. Probably will not be back any time soon unfortunately.

The bartenders were great but seemed way too overwhelmed for what was going on. The service was slow, but when they had time for you, they were great. We were celebrating a birthday. We let them know. They didn't do anything to help us there. Overall a cool space, I just wish that everyone didn't seem so overwhelmed.

Great change of pace from the typical Temecula Wine experience. Cool vibe. Get the Revolver - single malt, coffee liqueur, orange. Strange combo, right? One of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while! We had an excellent salad and hummus plate. Definitely will stop in again.

First of all, I want to preface this review with the fact that this was our first experience at this restaurant on Valentine’s night and we understand that the restaurant was very busy. The hostess was friendly. We had two bartenders that were serving us throughout the night. The female bartender was great and made excellent drinks. We will definitely be back for that experience. The second male bartender, not so friendly and acted a little put out when taking our order. My husband ordered the ribeye and I ordered the filet mignon. Both the bar steaks came out cold and overcooked. Our mashed potatoes were very crumbly and dry. The string beans were not even trimmed. The prices were reasonable, just wish the food was better. Again, I would try them again as I think this could have been due to such a large amount of people they were trying to accommodate for Valentine’s Day. They had great menu options that I would like to see if it was just an off day. I really enjoyed the distillery ambience and great cocktails.

It took 45 minutes to an hour to get drinks, they forgot what we ordered, our food was cold, one person got different soup than what she ordered, they forgot her spoon, & they forgot another persons bread. No one checked on us either.
