The Oakwood is a large family-run pub, with a large sports area, benefiting from a large range of facilities, from two pool tables to the quiet restaurant. When you visit this pub, you will be given a warm welcome.

This pub is always running local events and showing a variety of live acts (including Jazz on Mondays to live bands at the weekends! We also show Football and Horse Racing.

    Felt very welcoming and comfortable. Enjoyed the drink and food selction. I didn't have a burger, while others did and I wasn't so impressed with the presentation of a burger on an oversized plate with some chips. We had a great evening amd no-one was complaining ! Thank you :))

    Very friendly service, good menu, food was good at a reasonable price and served at a friendly speed, not too fast and not too slow. Will go back again

    What a lovely friendly pub. The food was good and prices excellent. The staff go out of their way to help with whatever questions you may have.

    The Oakwood is such a friendly pub, with very good quality food at very reasonable prices. Staff will do everything to make your visit outstanding. Brilliant local pub.
