    The food was better than expected, but the service was sadly lacking. I think our waiter forgot about us - drinks, ordered on arrival didnt appear for ages. Overall still a good experience

    Made a booking for a special ocassion and requested space for a pram. We were placed at a table near the door on arrival and told there was no more space. Another party arrived a few minutes later and were taken inside the restaurant with their double stroller. When we requested assistance and to change tables, the waiter was very rude and left our unattended to for a long period.

    Never been before so tried the Monday special of 2 fish and chips for £12. Tasty and great value. Staff so friendly. Will go back

    Really good experience. The food was great, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Got the bill and was surprised how reasonable it was. Really impressed

    Unfortunately our first experience at Ocean basket was not what we had hoped. We ordered the Crab burger which when it came we were very disappointed to find hardly any crab in it, the burger was very sloppy, and the taste was not great. The dynamite prawns were also incredibly fried and mostly full of batter and also very hard almost burnt.

    The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were seated by the window with a good view of the river. There was plenty of variety in seafood and choices in cooking flavours. The food in our menu was tasty, the portions were generous and good value for money.
