   Excellent & Attentive service. Wait staff was well versed in their menu and provided great recommendations. Food was definitely delicious.

   Ocean prime is by far one of my favorite restaurants. I love traveling and going to them in different places. We went to the Beverly Hills location and thought that set the bar, but Orlando did not disappoint. It was private seating and very romantic! Last night server was so nice. She definitely knew her stuff and was very sweet. My twin lobsters was so good. Ocean Prime never disappoints.

   One of the worst experiences that my girlfriend and I have had at a restaurant. Had people who sat down after us get all their food and leave. We were there for about 3.5 hours. It took 20mins just to get us water and 40mins just for bread and it was not busy. Server and “assistant” were nonexistent and disengaging. Food was cold and took even longer to come out waited almost an hour to get To pay $300+ was absolutely ridiculous for the quality of service and food we received. Have heard good things from friends and family about this place but after this experience will be the first and last time we come here.

   Food wasn’t spectacular. The lobster bisque is overly creamy— the consistency was more similar to a gravy than a bisque. The flavor of the bisque was also lacking. Lump Crab cake was pretty good. Sea bass was nothing special, it was relying too much on the truffle vinaigrette for flavor and my fish was overcooked in some areas. Tasted the grouper as well and also didn’t think it was worth ordering again. The restaurant is surprisingly loud but it didn’t bother us.

   We were celebrating our anniversary and from start to finish we enjoyed this restaurant and will return and recommend to our family, friends or anyone who asks us for a great restaurant.

   I have dined in ocean prime locations before. For some reason my experience is the same my food is overcooked. Steak and lamb over cooked it’s disappointing. I have high expectations. To continually have my food overcooked, returned and reordered is not my idea of an experience. I understand mishaps could happen however it’s happened too many times in different locations. I will not be dinning with ocean prime moving forward. To add insult to the experience I was told my dessert would be removed from the bill and it was not. I was charged for everything on the bill. The Manager came over apologized and that was the end result. I was not the only guest who returned their overcooked food that night. Their end result was resolved mine on the other hand was not. Any high standard restaurant would remove what was disliked from the bill or they make an adjustment. Clearly that did not happen even when I was told it would. Never again and no thank you.
