   What a great addition to Sarasota! The restaurant is beautiful and has 2 levels plus amazing outdoor spaces for dining. The food was fantastic, will definitely return!

   Six of us went to Ocean Prime last night. Great food, Great service, and Great atmosphere. A shoutout for our waiter, Mr. Bill.

   Definitely upscale environment, beautiful decor, service great (Rebecca, Taj and Taylor), food underwhelming. House salad was delicious (fabulous dressing), French onion soup best we’ve ever had, filet delicious, snapper was way too blackened - total overkill. Plus, when snapper first came out it was rubber and was curled up so we immediately wondered what was wrong with it and then we couldn’t even cut with a fork. Bizarre. So we nicely sent it back so the chef knew and the next snapper that came out was cooked perfect. Grouper was average and had little flavor, crap on ice appetizer was ok. Desserts a 10 for sure (butter cake and peanut butter pie). Crab (Dutch Harbor) dinner was average. We expected the Dutch Harbor crab to be bigger - we have had Dutch Harbor crab at TruLux and it was much better. So some items were great and some items they definitely need to work on. We’d go back and modify what we get to ensure everything perfect.

   They’ve only been open for about 30 days so they are certainly working out some kinks. The seafood tower was overpriced, and the seafood was not what my expectations would’ve been for such a high-end restaurant. We ate on the patio, which was beautiful however, the chairs were very uncomfortable. We will give it another shot in a few months..

   Place was very well run, especially considering it opened just over 2 weeks ago. Service (Nelson) was great. Food was above average but not yet in the great category. So much better than the new brand on LBK which has been open for months! Looking forward to many more meals here.

   Entire experience was excellent. Service was great, food and wine list solid. We had the seafood tower with 6 guests eating seafood and steaks. Sides were super. We did not try the desserts. Valet service is tip top. Will be returning. The noise level was great not too loud so we all could chat in a normal tone.

   The restaurant is really nice on two levels and brand new. We opted to sit at the bar but had to wait for almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged and this was after asked for menus from another bartender. Two other guests sat next to us after us. The bartender served them before us and was busy exchanging phone numbers with one of the guests, which added to our frustration. The other bartender was very helpful and attentive once we grabbed his attention. The steak was served without the requested sauce and no napkins were given to us. The manager was excellent when he asked for feedback and offered to put it right. Drinks and sauce were removed from the bill. I will be happy to visit again as this might have been an isolated bad experience.

    Service was exceptional - attentive, quick, friendly, and made certain all was well. We had to wait about five minutes longer than our reservation, no big deal considering how busy they were. Regardless, they brought over two glasses of champagne to apologize for the minor wait was really a surprise and not needed or expected. We ordered a few sushi rolls and they were delicious with the exception of one. We didn’t really care for it--our server notice we weren’t eating that one and asked if we liked it we said not our favorite. He took it away and brought back shrimp cocktail to teplace that dish... again not needed, very surprised and impressed! They certainly went above and beyond to make certain we had a great evening. The ambience there is a really nice, however, the noise level is pretty high. Next time, weather permitting, we will try to sit outside on one of the patios... overall, an excellent experience very impressed. Delicious food, great service. PS Get the carrot cake.
