    The food was good. Lots of variety. I really liked the lobster benny & the melt in your mouth roast beef. Service was lacking though. 18% gratuities was automatically added to the bill for a party of 2. I fetched our water at the bar twice. Had to snag a server from a different section to order drinks. She relayed our drinks order to another server and then that server relayed it to yet another server. I can see our drinks sitting at the bar for a very very long time. Was tempted to go get them myself. Then the server from the different section noticed & mentioned it to the other server & we finally got our drinks. I think it was at the 1.25-1.5 hour mark before there was a server for the section we sat in. Not sure if they were just under staffed for all the tables they set up or other reasons. Our family & friends have been going to the Pan Pacific Hotel for buffets dinners & brunches for over 25 years, but I think we may look for other options next time.

    I think this year the food quantity was less than..the quality was good as always ..but like I said before the variety was less and also the lettuce table looked less desirable.. Good food but less choices..

    This is the 2nd time I have been to the international buffet at Pan Pacific, one was for Mother's Day and the other was New Year's Eve. The choices weren't that great to be honest on both occasions.

    We didn’t even have a server come by to ask us if we wanted a drink. So basically no service. Food was ok. Wouldn’t mind the price if the service was better.

    Basically no service existed. Sat in back of restaurant so could not see or really hear musical entertainment. Choices limited on buffet compared to prior years. Ridiculous to pay 130.00 for a 8 year old who maybe ate 10.00 worth of food. People dressed in sweat pants and hoodies which I find not acceptable when supposedly “fine dining”. I’ve done this buffet and others at Pan Pacific at least ten times and will be going elsewhere unfortunately. Sad that this venue has gone so downhill.

    We had Christmas Eve dinner buffet. It was a chaotic with so many people. I felt like they were trying to maximize the space they had and allowed too many people. We had to be in a long lineup to get the food and we rarely sat together as a family to enjoy the meal because we were in lineup most of the time. I have been to many Christmas eve dinner buffet at hotels but this wasn't fine dining experience at all. I don't recommend this restaurant for a holiday venue.
