   Food good overall but not lemon custard on top of profiteroles-isn’t Italian The tiny meatballs?in the ragu were mega salty There’s no point in offering cocktails if they don’t come within a reasonable timescale and with the nibbles-ours didn't The noise level is off the scale it ain’t relaxing And our clothes smelt of cooking smells afterwards Strangely cooking smells weren't a bother whilst in situ Only afterwards at home

   Food was nice, not the best Italian in London but good value and varied menu. Ambience was OK, but the staff weren't very attentive. They kept our wine in a bucket away from the table and consequently our glasses were empty a lot as they forgot to keep them topped up. We had to physically get out of our seats to ask them for the bill.

   Three of us dined at Officina 00 on a Saturday evening at 20:15, nice welcome and then went a bit downhill from there... It was pretty quiet for what I would have thought was peak time for a Saturday, which made the fact that the service was so slow more surprising. There were a reasonable amount of servers and they were pleasant, but they just seemed to be very disorganised. We were right next to the 'pass' and we got asked by 2 to 3 different people for our Order, we did order drinks and snacks before our mains (as we suspected the service would be slow and were all hungry) We could see our wine sitting on the side for 5-10 mins with people walking past it ( we could nearly reach it) and another waitress in deep discussion for several minutes with the cooks, with our breads in her hand - again within touching distance of us. They then poured a bit of wine, took it away and left it on the side but not in an ice-bucket! So a pointless exercise - just all very strange 'distracted' service. The food was mainly good, the breads and snacks very nice, though some things a bit over salty. The Pasta was nicely al dente, mine was a bit sweet but that was maybe how it was supposed to be. The lasagne was good. I wouldn't say don't go we could have just been unlucky with our combination of servers and it's reasonable value for the area but I won't be racing back!

   Went there for a family dinner on Wed. We were told to have around 2 hours dining time. We ordered 2 starters and 3 pasta dishes. May be there were not many customers at that time (~7pm), all dishes came almost at the same time. We even had the pasta before the starters. This was not ideal as the pasta became cold after we finished the starters (esp. the one with creamy sauce). In most, if not all, restaurants, the wait staff would ask if we wanted to have starters and main course come together or separate. We didn't pay attention at all but assuming the main dish would come after the starters. In the end we left the restaurant just roughly around 60-70 minutes, even after having dessert. It's quite disappointing because we all thought the dishes tasted good. The whole experience was so rush. Not sure if i will come again.
