It was a very mediocre experience. Food item ingredients should be labeled clearly as to what is vegetarian. Even after asking our server what was vegetarian, we ended up with arancini with beef in it—realized after taking a bite. Overall, food was bland and the whole table required salt/pepper. Dessert was chocolate cake that was very hard. There also was a mixup with our order so we were delayed about 20 minutes with myself waiting for cake. I had heard about the NYC location and was surprised with the outcome in DC. I would not go back.

Dinner was ok. Not very intimate. Would not recommend for special date night. Pretty casual and basic. Food very pricey. Had famous Carbonara spaghetti and it was ok but nothing special. Favorite items we had were chicory salad and veal appetizer. Also ordered focaccia Napoli and pork shank. Both items least favorite. Lacked flavor. Don’t think I would come back here.

Excellent service from Chris and the entire waitstaff. Our friends brought their 1-year old to brunch and the entire team was not only accommodating but went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

They were having a tough time as they were full and had few workers due to the inauguration blockage. The manager put on her tennis shoes and started helping every way she could. Things took a little longer but it was all perfect. Thank you!!

A truly delightful experience! Our server was kind, very attentive and knowledgeable. The chef came to our table to check on us and make sure all is well. The burrata appetizer and the pana cota were a true highlight! HIGHLY recommend!
