We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

For one night only, Lucie Pereyre de Nonancourt will be in attendance to explore the history behind these remarkable bottles! Lucie is the 4th generation Nonancourt to join Champagne Laurent-Perrier and has been overseeing Grand Siècle globally since 2019. These expressions are perfectly paired with a 6 course tasting menu curated by MICHELIN awarded Chef Ryan Ratino.     The food was great. We got the "Jaunt", which is the expensive version of the menu - I noted the extra stuff and would definitely recommend the middle-tier because we did not receive hundreds of dollars of extra value. BUT, this restaurant did something I've never seen before, which was onerous enough that I felt the need to leave a review. We got our bill and it had a 22% service charge baked in. That's high, but OK fine. However the server told us that service charge only was for "back of house", and if we wanted our servers to get a tip we had to leave extra. Sooo...now I'm under immense pressure to leave a 40%+ tip on a very expensive meal. That's insane. If you want to take care of everyone, I get it. Just put the more expensive price on the menu. Don't bait and switch people.
