Founded in 2008 by former World Barista Champion, Saša Šestic, ONA Coffee is dedicated to sharing amazing coffees from around the world, as well as the incredible stories and experiences of the people who grow them. We had a booking. When we arrived and got seated it took ages to get a staff member to take our order. Our (bar) table had no barrister. The table we shared was not cleaned during our entire visit. To order our second and third coffees we had to get the staff’s attention. No follow up, no interest and towards the end of visit other staff/barristers started to use our space to make other guests drinks. No water offered during our visit, no cups or anything removed. Friendly staff, however very poor customer service. Best cafe in NSW/ACT I don’t think so. Very disappointing.

Love this place , food including for allergies was amazing so delicious! Of course the coffee is fabulous and you can actually hear each other . The baristas and wait staff were knowledgeable kind and went above and beyond . Thanks for a beautiful experience . Definitely book !

Went for lunch with my wife this Sunday, plenty off street free parking. Staffs were extremely polite and friendly, which is quite rare nowadays. Service was very fast, got my lunch in less than 5min. Food was nice, coffee was brewed in front of you and the guys were very knowledgeable. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely go back to try other coffee.

Simply amazing…. From the moment you walk it you feel at home, the staff are exceptional and assist you with all your requests. The food is great but the coffee is exceptionally so so good…. A must visit

We love hand drip coffee and they have a nice selection of beans here. The baristas are knowledgeable and you can get the full spectrum of taste from their coffee. Bora our barista was so helpful and fun. We sat at the bar counter to watch her make our coffee and the food was good. Had a great experience.
