   Customer service is excellent, food is always very good. I had the Japanese pancake with pork belly - wow! Will be back for this dish again. Our Lab was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed lots of attention. Highly recommend One Block back

   Consistent good value for money. Good choice of quality meals with good coffee. I am a repeat customer and have no hesitation in taking family and friends as well.

   This is the second time I’ve been back and once again everything was just perfect. The food for all four of us was outstanding. Portions were large, tasted wonderful, great ambiance and nice and cool too with the fans running. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for a third round!    Booked a table for brunch. It states clearly that 'Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 15 minutes for parties of up to 2' on the confirmation email. I arrived on time. Sat down at a table, waited for a long time (15 mins) to have someone come to take an order. Then before 1 hour is up, I was told to finish and leave because there are others coming for the table. I was half-way through my coffee so I was drinking it quickly. Then within 3 mins, another staff came to tell me the same thing, basically hurrying me away. When I left after spending less than an hour in the cafe, I saw a few empty tables. They could have offered those to the important guests coming. Why do I need to leave early before my allocated time is up?
