   What a magnificent dining experience!!! Every detail was fabulous. Chef is super friendly and laid back, nothing like the pretentious TV celebrity chefs. He uses advanced molecular techniques and pairs them with time tested artisanal methods like koji aging, freeze drying, and fermentation to achieve wildly delicious dishes that are works of art to the eye and palate! Tonight’s experience was cozy, comfortable, and exquisite. The beverage pairings were also spectacular. I’m excited to see how they continue to innovate and shine as a beacon of fine boutique tasting menu dining!!! Well worth the wait and will be sure to return! Bravissimo!

   BEST DINNER EVER!!! It truly was an amazing experience with wonderful food and great staff. Everything was so carefully crafted and went perfectly together. You can tell the chefs take great pride in what they do. I’ll be thinking about this meal until the next time we go back!

   Expensive but you get what you pay for: 8 course chef tasting with cocktail or mock-tail pairings. Local ingredients, science, friendly people, delicious food. Loved Spork, this is better. 10/10

   We had a great time at the updated Spork concept. I thought the food was wonderful and the drinks that accompanied it were perfect. My only small tweak would be to compress the service to 2.5 hours. While worth it we were pushing nearly four hours by the end. We will definitely be back
