When I got my bill it was 38 thousand including service charge and GCT, when I paid with card it was 44 thousand the server took 6 thousand dollars for tip WITHOUT asking. I thought that was insanely disrespectful. When I was putting in the pin, the amount was not visible. But I would not have thought the server would take 6 thousand dollars as tip. Normally they would ask. She did not. Tipping is a gesture that should reflect a guest’s satisfaction and should always be at their discretion. The unauthorized addition of such a significant amount is not only unprofessional but also deeply troubling. It undermines trust and reflects a serious lapse in ethical standards.

I had an amazing time at One Park. I spent my birthday night here and the staff was so hospitable. As I walked in I remember the host wishing me happy birthday. Their staff was warm and welcoming, I even got a slice of cake before I left. The food was 10 out of 10. Only thing I didn’t really like was the lighting. It sort of made it a little hard to take perfect pics, but I guess most guests would prefer that kind of feel

I was so disappointed. First of all, we waited a full 24 minutes before a server came to us. They had a fixed menu for over $20k that was totally not worth it especially if you don't eat some if the options on it, you'd still have to pay the fill price. That was ridiculous. So freedom of choice was taken away. So many people were turned off by it and left. I'm cerulean disheartened because I was told the food there was good and looking forward to a good meal.

I had a confirmed reservation at One park, looking forward to an enjoyable dining experience. However, upon arrival, I was met with locked doors and a darkened establishment-completely closed, with no prior notification. No emails, no calls, no signage explaining the sudden closure. A restaurant's credibility rests not just on its food but also on its professionalism and reliability. Failing to inform guests about an unexpected closure is unacceptable. It's a waste of time and a serious inconvenience, especially when plans have been made around the reservation. I strongly urge management to improve

Reason why I gave them a 1 star is because I made a reservation for 9pm and when I reach they told me that they are having an event and the last seating was from 8pm. This was my birthday reservation I’m taking about.The manger came out there was no remorse and I was still not able to go in the restaurant.If you you’re not going to accommodate guest at a certain time please do not post those time on the reservation site.

The service over all was great however this is the second time I wanted shrimp tempura and it was not available

Very nice atmosphere and staff. Cocktails selection was very good for Kingston and I highly recommend. Very poor wine selection in quantity and quality. Food was good, but I will not ask for any of the meat cuts as they are not prime cuts. Overall nice place to go for a drink and some appetizers with friends.
