   We chose small dishes and a tapas type food evening, the portions are huge! Total food wasted

   Went here for Valentine’s Day with high expectations after reading a lot of great reviews, with a change of menu which was not anticipated, and very average food, the steak which I asked for rare, was cooked to medium, which included warm broccoli that was crunchy and the chicken burger my partner had tasted very similar to that from the burgers in hello fresh dinner meals. Service was terrible and took over an hour to be served our meals and wasn’t asked if we would like any other drinks. Ps duck fat roasted potatoes from here are terrible

We're really sorry that your expectations on Valentine's Day were not met and we're also disappointed that we couldn't provide our usual level of service. Any kitchen delays should have been communicated to you, which wasn't the case. We'll make sure to flag that further training for the team is needed so that service is much better on busy nights.    Went here for Valentine's day after reading great reviews I was excited to try this place with my partner. The night started off well but we waited well over an hour for our main risotto dish and when we asked the staff where it was we got no updates and no response the staff didn't seem concerned at all further more they then brought us two dishes that we didn't order! And sent them to the wrong table. When we did receive our late risotto dish it was really runny and sloppy. It was a shame because the restaurant looked really nice.

We're really sorry to hear that your experience on Valentine's Day didn't meet your expectations, this definitely isn't the level of service that we aim for.    Always wonderful food and staff are so friendly, on lovely female staff member remembered us from last NYE dinner. We will be back.

    We booked for Christmas Lunch. The staff and service were excellent - they could not be faulted. Unfortunately the food portions were very small (2 prawns for entre) and of poor quality. All main courses chosen were the size of an entre. The chicken was undercooked. The "turkey" main course portion was tiny and potatoes had to be ordered and paid for separately. 139.00 per head for Christmas Lunch is a good price but we were very hungry afterwards.
