   Underwhelming to say the least . I figured since I was staying at the hotel it made sense to eat at this steakhouse but yea. I’m ok on never coming back to the hotel or the restaurant.

   I'm surprised this restaurant was not packed full. The food and service is one of the best I have been to in Las Vegas.

    The purpose of my Vegas visit was to conduct a restaurant tour. One Steakhouse was the second restaurant of my tour. The ambience was very nice, which was equally matched by the friendly staff. Immediately ordered, as I knew my food options ahead of my visit. I ordered the filet, lobster Mac and cheese, and broccolini. First, the dinner rolls were old, dried out, and appeared to have been purchased at your local grocery store. The food arrived cold. The steak was zero taste. The lobster was so cold that the cheese congealed and was dry. The broccolini was bathed in some sauce that overly acidic. I asked for the bill and left the food. Not a good experience for 150.00. I wish I had considered to other reviews i read.
