   We were disappointed with our experience as we were expecting a more refined and intimate experience. First, we booked in advanced and we got a table in a high traffic area closer to a staff entrance even though there better tables available. My wife got there a bit earlier and by the time I got there she was already settled down and had ordered a drink, so we decided to stay at our table. The waiter seemed a bit on a rush to get us ordering the food, even though we had ordered and appetizers and were having drinks. But the worst was the food, we placed our order and no more than 3 minutes later the food arrived, which is never a good sign. It was like being in a fast food restaurant. My wife ordered the fish tacos and she barely eat it. The tacos were greasy and tasted liked they been sitting on rancid oil waiting to be served with guacamole , a couple pieces of fish and onions, that’s it! And the guacamole was basically the same on that came with our chips and guacamole we ordered as appetizers. I would expect much more for the price. I ordered the grilled octopus, supposed to be one of their highlights, and the octopus was quite small and dry as if it had been sitting in a warmer in the kitchen for too long. We spent no more than an hour there because of the rushed service and uninspiring food. The tacos were so bad that my wife had trouble getting rid of the rancid oil taste in her mouth after we got home. We definitely would do not recommend this restaurant for the price and the quality of the food.

   Was celebrating my best friends birthday. We both enjoyed everything we ordered from cocktails to dessert. The cocktail GUABA Y HABANERO was yummy, had 2!!The guacamole was silky with a bit of a kick! Had the ling cod and it was divine melted in my mouth! The TRES LECHES CAKE was excellent, light, flavorful a perfect way to end the dinner.

   Experience & food was very good. The only complaint I have is that they CHARGED GST on our bill. We paid the whole bill which wasn't a big deal but this is based on principles. I'm sure they were charging everyone GST during that time period and never informed anyone they were doing that. That to me is BS! FYI the tax came back Feb 16th 11:59pm.

   They didn’t ask me how I wanted my steak cooked and it was totally raw, potatoes were bland and cold, service was bad - didn’t space out any of our portions and then didn’t check on us for anything. Price for the lack of quality was total rip off - ruined my valentines dinner

    Ophelia was an absolute joy to dine at, the service was fantastic and accommodating to our substitutions on their pre-set Valentine’s Day menu. And as a foodie living in Vancouver I can honestly say that was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!
