We had the most enjoyable experience in Opium last Sunday. Booked a table for 4 people for 4.45 pm and there were only 4 other people there. The place is much bigger than it looks from outside and decorated with gorgeous lights for Christmas. Our server was a lovely girl from Romania and she was very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered Claypot Masaam lamb curry with brown rice. The most delicious aromatic dish ever. My friends ordered yellow prawn curry and it was fantastic. Starters to share was spring rolls and dynamite prawns, full large prawns and delicious. Dessert was one brownie between 2 of us. Wines were pricey, starting at just under 40€ . All in all, a fabulous meal lovely staff, great seating and all 4 of us will be back!

Very enjoyable experience. We were seated at a table beside a large group. They were enjoying their christmas night out, a bit loud. We asked if we could move to a quieter table and it was no problem. Moved to a quieter table, and given a complimentary glass of prosecco. Service was excellent, all staff very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent, overall a lovely experience, would recommend

The food was great. The best service that’s we ever had. Yuzu parfait was recommended and it’s super refreshing we have to order it twice.

Extremely noisy. The food and service was good, however we were seated next to a table of 20+ men who were screaming and shouting throughout the evening from the moment we walked in. On top of that, very very loud music was played, which without the other table would not have been a problem, however due to the two combined we could not hear a word anyone at our table was saying. We legit had to ask eachother (sitting right next to eachother) to repeat ourselves several times and would have to shout at eachother in order to be heard. Several people at table left the restaurant with a headache and had to take paracetamol after returning home.
