   I took my 91 year young mom to Orchid and requested our favorite high top by the back windows. She was delighted with the table. The last couple times my husband and I were there for HH and burgers the service was very slow i.e. 1/2 hour to get our first drinks. This visit started our slow but then Lynley appeared and really took care of us. She was so kind with my mom and they had a wonderful conversation. Lynley know hows to manage the crowd and keep an eye on all her tables. The burgers and fries came out hot and were delicious. The music was perfect. I told Lynley from now on when I make my reservation I will request Lynley if she is working!

   I had an unforgettable dining experience at Orchid House Winery, and much of it was thanks to the exceptional service provided by Lynley B. From the moment we were seated, Lynley made us feel like VIPs. Her warmth, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the menu and wine list truly set the tone for a wonderful evening. She expertly guided us through the wine pairings, offering insightful recommendations that went perfect with our brunch. The food was nothing short of spectacular. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Lynley’s recommendations were spot on, and she took the time to ensure that our experience was nothing less than perfect.

   We’ve been here a few times and it’s been very nice. But this last visit, we waited nearly 30 minutes to receive our cocktails and almost 90 to receive our entrees, which is ridiculous and the food was just ok this time. There was also a slight wait for valet service when we arrived…but when we left the valet attendant brought us the wrong vehicle. The evening overall was below average. That being said, it was a busy night and we’ve been here before and it was a good experience.

   I f you want a nice relaxing warm inviting place to enjoy dinner and conversation this is NOT the place. They have crammed so many tables into both the main dining room and the smaller room that the noise level is actually painful. The servers were very good and the food was good but we left as soon as we ate because it felt like we were eating in an arcade.

   Our server was excellent in her approach and service to us. She paid enough attention while not being intrusive and had a nice sense of humor. We've been to Orchid House several times, and it does not disappoint.

   This was our first visit to Orchid House. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was not crowded given it was the Sunday after Thanksgiving but the service, the staff and the food were just outstanding. Chef Ken even came out and asked us how we enjoyed our dinners. (I had the short rib gnocchis and my wife had the salmon - absolutely delicious and very generous portion). The restaurant made our anniversary dinner memorable. I would highly recommend Orchid House for dinner or even just happy hour. Thank you to everyone there who made us feel so special on our anniversary. We plan on coming back soon!

   For the most part our evening was fantastic. Our server was lovely but I think stretched a bit too thin. Food was great and support staff was top notch. Will def return.

    The tables were too close as I could hear our neighbors conversations. The food was amazing and the service was the best I’ve experienced in a while.
