   I recently booked a table for 2 for my partners birthday dinner and it exceeded all my expectations. Not only did they wish her a happy birthday they also had a card there for her. We went with the tasting menu and every single dish had us in awe. Portions were large and perfect to share , family style. The staff , the vibe and the service were impeccable. Furthermore my partner has some dietary restrictions and they catered to her needs without a problem we’re thorough in making sure she and I were taken care of. A truly fantastic experience

   The burrata was amazing and so was the pasta stuffed with nettles in a lemon sauce.

   Savio Volpe can always be counted on to provide an excellent meal. Their attention to small details makes them stand out amongst competitors. They care so much about sourcing the best ingredients for their customers, and you can taste the difference with every bite. Never had a disappointing meal here!

   Everything was amazing except they were late seating us by 15 mins. They provided a complimentary drink for the lateness. Otherwise everything from the service to the food was exceptional.

    The food was pretty disappointing. We ordered a board to start. Sloppily presented. 2 very small pieces of cheese and a blob of soft cheese plopped on the plate. Breadsticks thrown on top and a small blob of jam. The pasta plates were really not great either. Very mid. We ate it and it was fine I was just expecting better as I’ve been to SV before and it was so good. It felt this time quality has waned. Servers were attentive and friendly.
