   Very inventive food, attentive staff, a little hard to gear chefs behind counter when sitting at the sushi station. Most interesting menu, worth a visit to this restaurant (Perla) in a restaurant.

   Exquisite tastes and presentation; interesting and inspired combinations of flavors; prompt and attentive service. We dined here two nights in a row! Truly exceptional.

   Zeer gevarieerde kaart, met veel opties, ook vegetarisch. Prijzen per gerecht zijn redelijk. Beperkte wijnkaart met te hoge prijzen. Service is goed, als altijd beetje afhankelijk van de persoon. Wel vijf of zes verschillende mensen in de loop van de avond aan je tafel. ..

   Excellent dîner ! Le service est très bon avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Je recommande vivement !

   My friend and I ordered the pastrami ramen and olla de carne ramen. The pastrami ramen was totally missing salt. By itself it has no flavor and I had to add a lot just to get taste. I don’t normally add salt to food, especially ramen. The olla de carne had a nice flavor but was VERY spicy. The waiter warned him AFTER he delivered the food. He still enjoyed it but it would have been nice to give a heads up prior since it wasn’t marked as spicy on the menu. The server was fine but pretty slow. Overpriced for what you get but they can charge what they want since there are limited options if you’re staying at Andaz and they know it.

    OSTRA OSTRA !!! You did not disappoint! From the breakfast buffet to the dinner ,martinis , perla the sushi restaurant!! The staff especially from Esteban to our coffee girl they deserve raises all accommodating and always best service. They recognize us as we were returning customers! Will definitely be back tey different menu options.
