It's friendly, hospitable staff take pride in ensuring that each and every guest not only is served the best oysters available, but that they each have a memorable experience as well. The menu at Ostrea is filled with different oysters that are brought in fresh from across the globe. 信頼していたお店だったので、残念です。少し古めのオイスター？が混じっていました。サービスは最悪…入店時に名前を告げると、耳元に手を当ててお客の名前を聞くなんて！こんなカタチで向かい入れられるなんて、レストランの対応で初めての事でした。給仕の若いお兄さんはカッコつけて感じ悪かった。銀座店は暫く行かないと思う。多店舗はそんな事ありませんように！

値段も思ったより安くて美味しかったです。銀座のお店と言うだけで緊張していましたがアットホームな感じてとても良かったですまた、行きたいと思いました。

牡蛎ってこんなに個性があったんだーと驚きました。それぞれにおいしかった。半額の企画で次から次へと注文しましたが、気持ちよくサーブしてくれました。ただ、もう春だからでしょうか？　牡蛎の種類が少なかったように思いました。海外の牡蛎はひとつも用意がありませんでした。半額企画の最中だからかな？

落ち着いた店内、価格もリーズナブル、カップルが多くスタッフのメリハリの効いた対応が気持ちいいです。もちろん牡蠣は美味しかったですよ！

平日(水曜日)でしたが、19:30に予約して行きました。人気のお店とのことでしたが、その通り席はほぼ満席ですね。海外の方も多かったようです。そのため、静かな食事とはいきませんが、騒々しいというわけではなく、カジュアルで楽しい食事ができるお店との印象です。料理はホタテなども食べましたが、やはり生牡蠣や、焼いた牡蠣など、数々の牡蠣料理は最高ですね。食べていると、思わず体に、海を感じてしまいます。飲み物もそれなりに種類もありますが、ものによっては、チョット少ないかな、との印象を持ちました。知人にも勧めましたし、自分もまた機会があったら行きたいですね。
