Really a nice surprise. We were headed to a show at the Ardmore Music Hall and looking for a healthier alternative to local pub burgers. The sushi/sashimi platter for 2 was extremely fresh, cold, and delicious; it was also a generous portion and came out quickly. Staff was super nice and helpful when we said we needed to make a show. We will return whenever we are in the suburbs for events. We highly recommend!

Customer service poor and ruined the experience. I have been going to this restaurant for years and they have been BYO. They recently changed which is fine. But they have no corkage polity and a very limited and inappropriate (for the food) wine list. I had brought a good bottle from my cellar and I offered to buy a bottle ($50) off of their list and just carry it out if they would let me drink the wine that I had selected for me and my guests. After three people got involved they came to the incorrect answer that they would not permit it. Makes no sense for them to lose a good customer over this but they did. BYO is legal in PA whether or not you have a liquor license so this was their choice. The server told me that they had been getting many complaints, and yes, of course they were. If they understood customer service they would attempt to understand and address those complaints. They might also try to understand that if it's in their power to please a customer it's generally good business. As I business owner myself that was one of the first things I learned. If they are clueless in this area it can be expected that they are clueless in others. I will find another place for sushi, among many options, and I recommend others do the same.

1 appetizer and 4 dinners...all excellent. The avocado bomb app was so good...sauce is a bit spicy so next time I will ask for it on the side. My Samurai roll fresh and excellent. Hubby's shrimp teriyaki was flavorful with a lot of shrimp. Will definitely be back!!

We loved Osushi before but the addition of the bar just makes it better! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and a great menu.

I have been coming here with friends monthly since it opened. It recently changed from being a BYOB, which was a big disappointment. We learned of this only last month when we came for our monthly sushi night and they charged us an outrageous $25 corkage fee. Tonight when we brought our wine, we learned that they no longer permit that; drinks are from the bar only. That was the first nail in the coffin. The second was the erratic service. We waited a long time for our drinks; the food came out not in the order we requested; the shrimp shumai were cold (but we were starved so we ate them); the edamame was cold as well. This time they replaced the edamame free of charge. The third was at the end of the meal. We asked for tea and our server brought the pot with one cup. We asked for two more as there was plenty for the three of us. We were then charged for the additional two cups. We complained and that was removed. This was a terrible evening at what was our favorite sushi place. i am sorry to say that we will be changing our venue going forward.

This was our first time dining at Osushi and it won't be the last time! Absolutely outstanding sushi, sashami, etc. Wonderful blistered shishito peppers to start. The list of sake's is most impressive as well.

Amazing! They are no longer a BYOB although all their marketing still states BYOB. They charged us a $25 corking fee for bringing our own wine since they now have a bar.
