   We arrived late so no opportunity to try any food, but the drinks were fantastic! The view was perfect with the exception that it happened to be extremely windy so ladies be warned. The noise level was perfect we were able to hold a conversation and the ambiance gave a comfortable level of prestige. Would highly recommend.

   The bar is small. I loved the decoration. The food offer is way too limited, I think only 4 or 5 appetizers. The drinks are good. It can get cold and windy on a cool day. They did provide heaters. I made a reservation through Open Table, but apparently they do not take reservations.

   Like others have mentioned, I booked through OpenTable and when we arrived, we were told that they don’t take reservations. We were also notified that everyone in the party had to be over 21, so our teen could only sit in the lobby/waiting area, not on the outdoor patio space. I wish management would take them off OpenTable and not waste anyone else’s time. Otherwise, it’s a nice quaint bar space for a cocktail.

   I booked a table on the OpenTable app and arrived at the reservation time to find out that they were not taking reservations because they were too busy. They don’t have a lot of food to choose from, but I had the grilled adobe chicken and it was amazing!

   I read good reviews about view and drinks. Waited awhile for server. View was just ok, on 3rd floor if hotel. Drinks were ok. Server took forever and never put in appetizer we ordered.

   Our bartender had a bit of an attitude and the quality of the drinks he made weren’t up to par when you’re paying 20 bucks a drink. Venue and atmosphere were fantastic though.

   Had a mixed experience at Otro bar. Went to grab drinks with friends, and although the drinks tasted fine, the service was lackluster. Not sure if they were currently having a staffing issue at the bar when I went as they had only one bartender, serving about 20+ people at the bar. Getting a drink order in was difficult, however I am not as disappointed given the drinks came out just fine. Will come back to Otro bar probably another time to see if things have changed. I do not recommend the bar currently if you and a group of friends are on a time schedule trying to grab drinks before dinner.

   First of all the bar is ditto find. No signage outside the hotel or in the lobby. We asked the receptionist and they directed us to the 3rd floor. We were arrived at our scheduled time there was no one to greet us and a man sitting at the bar. After waiting about 10 minutes, my husband wanted to leave, we asked the man if there was someone to seat us. He left the bar and said he would look for him. He finally arrived and we ordered food and drink from the bar and sat ourselves. The food, the guacamole was great and the tacos were okay. Nothing to rave about! The pictures of the bar in Open Table show lovely decor and a nice water display. What we saw was plastic type paper flowers and the water had not been turned on for sometime. When it was time to pay we questioned that we were not charged Happy Hour prices. We went specifically at 4:15 for Happy Hour and it is advertised on the website as Happy Hour with Happy Hour prices. This was our first food experience in San Antonio and it can only get better. We will not be back.
