                                                              We tried the Chinese food pop-up because we love this restaurant. The food was amazing, that was not the issue at all. I thought it was a little expensive for what we got, maybe nine slices of beef in a $38 dish? And $19 wontons, delicious but wow. I would certainly want to eat it again. I just didn’t necessarily think it was worth the money this time. But I’ll continue to patronize this restaurant because they do a great job all around.

                                                              Tonight was jazz night. We really enjoyed the music. The service was very good. I had a delicious NY Strip steak that was perfectly cooked. My wife had the ribs. Delicious! My only complaint is the price of the Dirty Martini I had. It wasn’t on the menu so I didn’t know ahead of time. I probably should have asked. But $22 for a Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives seems a bit much to me. I would expect that in NYC, not Rockland County.

                                                              I love the jazz nights at Otto’s. The room is warm, dark and cozy. The food, cocktails and service are consistently good. We had the fried oysters and Java beef followed by salmon - all great. Save room for dessert. Try the apple cobbler.

                                                              My second time here and once again the food was superb and the service excellent. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance made even nicer with the live music playing through dinner. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

                                                              Ideal Sunday brunch. The pianist was wonderful - I didn’t catch his name but he is of Cuban-Venezuelan background. Even if the food was horrible, the music would have made it worth the trip. However, the food was excellent. Better yet, the bill for two people with 4 Bloody Mary’s and entrees and coffee and share dessert was $100. Not bad at all! Totally worth it.
