Portland's Oven and Shaker is a popular dining destination for locals and visitors who crave artisan pizzas and unique bar drinks served in a warm and inviting setting.                                                                             Get the chickpeas! So delicious. And the kalettes? Who knew there was such a veggie! The dressing on the bottom of the plate was divine. The rest of the night was pizza and salad. Yummy. Perfect crust and just the right combo for the Daviola. Quick, cordial service.                                                                             This is a traditional favorite, if we can arrange it, before going to a play at Portland Center Stage. Their wines by the glass are as satisfying as more expensive bottles. Give us the Nostrana salad & a Margherita pizza to share, with added prosciutto and arugula (pay the extra!), and we're off to a good start for the evening. Servers are knowledgeable, efficient, and still manage to treat guests like family.
