We had a wonderful evening. There were eight of us and we were all pleased with our food. The service was exceptional and the server was very respectful of giving us time to enjoy our evening. When we walked into the hotel one of the staff walked us to the elevator to make sure we knew our way to the restaurant. Great service, food and ambience. I will go back.

Beautiful venue with an exceptional view. Food was excellent. Halibut was very good. Try the brussel sprouts because they were delicious. Service was also very good.

Very lively restaurant which was fun. Ambience is great and the finishes to the space are excellent. The outdoor patio looks great too and would also be a fun place to dine or drink although currently closed for the winter season. Food was very good and tasty, wines by the bottle not outrageous. I would have given the entire experience 5 stars but the service was average at best. There were a lot of staff but somehow our table was missed for a few things, a few times. It's a new restaurant so the servers need some time to get it right. We'll definitely go again, maybe something more casual like lunch. Exciting city restaurant in Downtown Newmarket. Definitely worth a visit.

Food and drinks were average. My halibut was way over cooked. Drinks weren’t great. It’s a nice place but for $400 for two people, I expect better. I won’t return.

First time at Overlea. I was happy overall with the experience - my guests loved it. Our server Kyle was very good, and the atmosphere overall was great. However, there was a vent blowing on me and I was cold all evening. The menu is hard to read as the lighting was dim (lovely for dining but not for reading the small print). The food was very good and portion sizes were good. Overall very nice. I look forward to the lovely patio surrounding the restaurant in the summer.

Our first time here; celebrating our anniversary. The service and food was outstanding however the noise level was such that it was difficult to have a simple conversation. The restaurant desperately needs some sound baffles to help the situation. And it only got worse when the music volume increased.

Ambiance is beautiful. Service was okay, Minimal options for vegetarians and no offer of accommodations when one of two vegetarian options were out of stock. Drink was taken away prior to being finished (not much left but could have asked first.) All hosts were very friendly. Would be back for for drinks and ambiance.
