   Made reservations and was told they couldn’t seat us for awhile. Offered the bar. What is the point of making reservations?

   Food was great when we finally got our order. Manager compt the food that took forever to get and added free dessert so that was very nice !

   The breakfast buffet was very good. The steak dinner was not high quality. I substituted the shrimp on linguine which was very good Staff all lovely Bartender Joe makes great drinks and very knowledgeable

   Very nice restaurant. Greeted by the hostess a few seconds after we got there. Seated immediately, and waitress came with water and menus. Very quick service , we pretty much placed our order right after we received our drinks , and had food at the table within 10 minutes. We got the bbq bacon burger with fries . It was amazing , so yummy and food was hot and fresh. Very good experience. The view was so nice and it was so peaceful.

   Had a reservation and was poorly greeted by the hostess. Was told off the bat that we could be seated but food wouldn’t come out for another hour. Decided to give it a try, sat for 20 mins and was never greeted by a server or offered drinks. Left without any service. Some of the chairs in the restaurant had holes in it. Not the atmosphere one would expect.

   We arrived on time for our reservation and waited 30 minutes to be told the kitchen was behind by an hour. We ended up leaving and having New Years Eve dinner at Wendy's. The staff was very nice and professional.

   We had a 645 reservation but weren’t seated for over an hour and that was only after I asked to speak to the manager. The staff said reservations should not have been opened in Open Table. The dining area could do with major sprucing up.

    Spent out Thanksgiving in Asheville and had our meal here . 10 out of 10 on food , service , all we could ask for to make our holiday special !!
