   The food was really good and the holiday drink was well done. It was pretty loud but it was crowded so I get it just made conversation a bit difficult at times.

   Our server, Emma was wonderful. The peach oolong tea was amazing. Love this place every single time.

   We enjoyed our meal and the food was delicious. The staff and service were excellent. The noise level was a bit overwhelming. Street parking is limited and the lot across the street charges $10/2hours. We had a nice time but it was not as relaxing as we had hoped.

   Food was delicious but expensive for breakfast. Coffee was underwhelming. Ambiance and service were as expected for the venue. Overall we’d recommend this for a treat - especially if expensing the meal to someone else’s account (which we weren’t). We’l do it again with special visitors, but it’s outside our price range for casual dining.

   Absolutely delicious food in a beautifully designed and decorated place. Better to make a reservation than walk in. Mind the dress code. Parking lot in back, shared w church, was $10 when we went 12/16/24.

   I have been to Oxford Exchange several times. The food is never really memorable and we go there more for the experience and ambience. However, this last visit was a nice surprise. The food was actually very delicious. I’m not sure if they changed chefs but keep who you have now!

   We love the food here. Have been many times. But the “afternoon tea service” was quite poorly done. Nothing like a traditional tea! We go to tea every year and here were the issues. For one; the $38 cost did not include any tea …. that is $5 extra. It literally has “tea” in the title. Tea was not included in TRADITIONAL TEA SERVICE. What? So we ordered 4 pots of tea. Didn’t come with cream, lemons, anything. We requested cream and it didn’t come. So we asked someone else and this time she brought tiny 2 ounce container of cream, for 4 women who were each drinking their own pot of tea. What? Also, it says it serves 1-2 people. This makes it seem shareable, right? It wasn’t shareable. Every sandwich/dessert was individual. Which means we had to cut EVERYTHING in half (laborious and awkward). So it was uncomfortable trying to like cut a macaron in half (it isn’t shareable). My mother paid a premium to have our annual Christmas tea here, I inputted a credit card to make a reservation ages ago, and it was so disappointing. It was extremely loud too! I wouldn’t recommend their tea service at all.

   We were there for breakfast. I ordered half an order of the pancakes and I couldn't finish them. I asked if anyone had ever finished the full order and, apparently, just a few have. Regardless of the size, the pancakes were very doughy and without much flavor. My son ordered a cheeseburger which was very greasy and the bread tasted like it just came from the supermarket aisle. My wife ordered the avocado toast and the bread also tasted like Wonder bread. Coffee was too strong and they didn’t have 1 or 2% milk. We also waited for a while to get the coffees. In general, the setting is pretty but the food is not worth the wait or the prices.

    Another great brunch experience. I highly recommend the brunch tower. Also has a great seasonable cocktail. Everyone was amazing including the service and atmosphere
