Ozumo Santana Row is a contemporary Japanese restaurant that combines a traditional sushi bar, robata grill, and sake lounge in a modern and comfortably designed restaurant. Few point worth noting about Ozumo: - menu keep changing and in my opinion not for the better - Food comes out quickly which is good - service is good and waiters are attentive - Food is regular and there is nothing wow about it.. sushi rolls are standard and for the price charged it’s not ok - overall Prices are ridiculously high and unjustified for the value.

Great food and sushi always fresh and delicious. Love coming here as they never disappoint. They are on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion if you want good sushi and cocktails.

Trendy but overpriced. If you are around the area, say shopping at Santana Rows, then I can see you stopping by to have a meal. However, it won't be a destination for me when I look for Japanese food.

Our server was awesome! Just super nice, checked on us, recommended us special items - he made the dining experience a whole level up! I love the outdoor patio, it's not very common for sushi restaurants to have one so this is a huge plus. The items are on the more expensive side, with rolls being ~$20. A nice variety of items on the menu. Parking in the several large lots at Santana Row.

We had dinner on 12/27. Service was great. Yuki recognized us from a previous Japanese restaurant we used to go to in Dublin. Rock cod and Tokyo waygu beef was excellent. The honcho sushi had dry crunchy rice. Something about the rice in my meal was also crunchy, undercooked or the bottom of the rice cooker. Replaced it with sashimi. The salmon sashimi was better

Service is excellent! Grilled fish and sushi are authentic and exceptional in the San Jose area. The appetizers especially the salmon Tata is less than expected- just does not work , either the hard and too chewy Cristy rice or the salmon itself
