   Great food, ambience and service from Ozumo. There’s a variety of menu items to choose from from sushi to cooked. It’s best to make reservations as it gets very crowded and busy at times. Service is always very good. It’s my go-to place!

   This was my second time. This time I booked a Sunday reservation for 12pm, when they literally open up. There were maybe 3 parties in the restaurant this day. I can't say if the notes in my reservation were followed or if they just happened to place me and my friend in a great spot because they did. There was also a 49ers game this day around this time of the reservation. The parking garage offers 2 hr free parking and then charges after that. Food eas delicious, service was quick and easy, no hiccups. I wish there was more ginger on the plates with sushi. Ambiance was super quiet and I had no problem hearing my friend talk. He liked the food as well and this was his first time. I had the rainbow roll and something with deep fried and eel and unagi sauce. Both were delicious. I don't know what my friend got. This place is expensive. No doubts there. Great place for a date though.

   We booked an outdoor table on the patio for a Friday night out and really appreciated that the patio was sheltered from the cold and had plentiful heaters to keep things comfortable. As always, it's wonderful that there are so many items labeled gluten free, and that the soy sauce at all the tables is gluten free by default! We enjoyed getting an assortment of dishes, but especially loved the salmon skin hand roll. Mark was fantastic and so personable and attentive. We can't wait to come back!

   From the beginning the hostess was super nice and so were the servers, the sushi & appetizers were fresh and different than other Japanese restaurants. As for their cocktail menu, they did not skimp on the alcohol, the drinks were tasty and amazing! It’s a a great spot for a GNO! :)

   Made a rese for dinner, but ended up grabbing apps/drinks beforehand, so just came for desert and an espresso martini!! 🍸 The basque cheesecake was delicious, we will be coming back for dinner very soon! I’ve been going to Ozumos (SF) for at least 10 years, and I love the vibes and the food!

   We love Ozumo and have been here 20+ times. The food is delicious, but the service has been spotty and inconsistent on our last couple visits. Still one of our favorite spots!

   Came here to celebrate a joint birthday. Love the food. We dined early & the restaurant was nearly empty but service was still a bit slow. Even after we let the server know at the beginning of the meal & reminded him towards the end.

   The food and drinks here were really delicious. I particularly loved the brussel sprouts. My friends had the cod, which appeared to be cooked perfectly. The veggie sushi was tiny, but fresh with perfect consistency. The agedashi tofu was also very good . I had a strawberry cocktail, which had an adorable presentation and was light and refreshing. The atmosphere was clean and modern with plenty of seating. My only complaint is the price. Although delicious, I thought the prices were too extravagant for this restaurant. I also am not a fan of how hectic Santana Row is, but if you live close that shouldn't be a deterrent.

   Our server was great. He was very attentive and took time to explain menu items. I would say the food is “OK” but not something I would return to try again.
